1. Fill the online Convocation Form Carefully.    

Before filling online application, kindly possess the following documents:

1)  Scanned copy of last Semester Grade Report / Cumulative Grade Report / Provisional Degree Certificate / Migration certificate / No Dues Certicate in .pdf format within 50kb to 500kb limit.

2)  Recent passport size colour photograph (without mask) of the applicant without distorting background in JPEG/JPG format (10kb to 200kb limit)

3)  Scanned copy of current occupation or position (if any) in .pdf format within 50kb to 500kb limit.

4) Scanned copy of Signature (4kb to 50kb)
